Repair, replacement or refund.
Any merchandise purchased from our site will be shipped by a third-party carrier. As a result, title and risk of loss or damage for such merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. All missing or damaged shipments or items must be reported within 15 days of receipt of item and must include photo documentation in the email submission. Damaged items will be reviewed by the support agent and, if applicable, a replacement will be issued only for damaged products and does not cover or include packaging of said products. Blemishes to packaging will not be considered as part of a damaged item. All replacements will be at the discretion of customer support. Please be aware of the following replacement limitations:
Funko, LLC ("Funko") have put a lot of resources into designing a box that is as awesome as the product inside. That said, the outer box is a shipping box and is not designed for display. It is designed to protect the inner contents during the shipping process, and we fully expect it (like all shipping boxes) to be subject to wear and tear in the shipping process. We are unable to offer replacements for any damaged shipping boxes.
We cannot control slight manufacturing variations and are not able to replace based on these variations, including but not limited to minor paint flaws or figure positioning. Blemishes to packaging will not be considered as part of a damaged figure.
Funko, LLC ("Funko") have designed the packaging to protect the collectibles inside, and they do not seal the boxes for this very reason. We encourage you to take your Pop! figures and other products out of the boxes to enjoy them! Even if you choose to keep your figures in the boxes, we are not able to replace packaging.
You can ask for your preference of a free repair, replacement or refund, but you are not always entitled to one. For example, the consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, or decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
As stated in the ACCC:
You can ask for a replacement or refund if the problem with the product is major
Replaced products must be of an identical type to the product originally supplied. Refunds should be the same amount you have already paid, provided in the same form as your original payment.
We do not give refunds for change of mind, found it cheaper or decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. Though we will work with our customers to provide substitutes of Store Credit or change for another item at equal or lower price.
A Pre-order is an item that has not yet come into stock, but you can pre-purchase it to secure your piece. Paid up front 100% and are then shipped out to you as soon as they arrive without you having to do anything further. It Is a contract of sale between Awesome Collectables and 'you' the customer.
Pre-orders are non-refundable. Not being aware of the release date is no excuse for a refund as pre-order dates are listed on every pre-order item listed. Items that are damaged and/or faulty will be replaced or a store credit will be provided. Subject to special conditions. Refunds will not be given if the outer box is damaged only if the character inside the box is damaged. Pictures of postal box, outer box and character must be sent to us as soon as you have received it.
Refunds or exchanges will not be given if your unhappy with the workmanship on the character; that is, if the paintwork is not to your satisfaction.
Shipments Containing Pre-Order Items
If you have placed an order on our website for in-stock and pre-order items, please be aware that your order will not ship until all items have arrived in stock. The order will then be shipped out.

Returning the product
You are entitled to return a product if you believe that there is a problem. You are generally responsible for returning the product if it can be posted or easily returned. You are entitled to recover reasonable postage or transportation costs from the business if the product is confirmed to have a problem, so keep your receipts
If the product is found not to have a problem, you may be required to pay the transport or inspection costs. An estimate of these costs should be provided to you before the product is collected, and the costs must not be inflated in an attempt to deter you from pursuing your claims.

You agree to indemnify Us and hold Us harmless from and against any and all liabilities or expenses arising from or in any way related to your use of this Website or the Services or information offered on this Website, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and solicitors fees of every kind and nature incurred by you or any third parties through you.
