Pre-order Policy

A Pre-order is an item that has not yet come into stock, but you can pre-purchase it to secure your piece. Paid up front 100% and then shipped out to you as soon as they arrive without you having to do anything further. It Is a contract of sale between Awesome Collectables and 'you' the customer.

Pre-orders are non-refundable. Not being aware of the release date is no excuse for a refund as pre-order dates are listed on every pre-ordered item listed. Items that are damaged and/or faulty will be replaced or a store credit will be provided.

Please Note: Refunds will not be given if the outer box is damaged, only if the character inside the box is damaged. Pictures of postal box, outer box and character must be sent to us as soon as you have received it.

Refunds or exchanges will not be given if your unhappy with the workmanship on the character; that is, if the paintwork is not to your satisfaction, as this is due to the manufacturing of the product and is beyond our control.

Pre-orders are important for limited release items, as sometimes we may pre-sell out of an item, so pre-ordering will be the only way to ensure you can buy that piece.

Please note that pre-order dates are estimates only and subject to change. These estimates are based on the best information that we have available at the time. These changes are beyond our control and due to the discretion of our wholesalers and the manufacturers.

Shipments Containing Pre-Order Items

If you have placed an order on our website for in-stock and pre-order items, please be aware that your order will not ship until all items have arrived in stock. The order will then be shipped out.

Processing Times

We always endeavour to process all pre-orders as quickly as possible, but please be aware that there will be a delay on any item/s that is heavily pre-sold, or if we land a lot of pre-ordered items at the same time.

We ask for your patience during this time, so we can have as many resources on this task. Any uptake in emails/calls for updates on shipping will only slow us down as we need to reallocate resources to answer these messages. 

Speciality Orders /Preorder Returns

  • Store credit will be issued for a refund of a pre-order.

  • 15% restocking fee will apply to orders that have been pre-ordered.

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise.

PLEASE NOTE:

Free Shipping for items over $ 100.00.

If there are pre-orders included in your order your items will be shipped when all pre-orders are released. If your wanting instock items to be sent you will be asked to pay for shipping for the preorders. If you decide to cancel your pre-orders shop credit be given and shipping will need to be paid on the items you buy with the shop credit. If you insist on a refund and your instock items were under $100, shipping will be deducted from the refund price as well as a restocking fee of 15% of the price of the pre-orders.
